Estimats Talossans!
Our language is a real treasure. Sadly, it is vastly underutilized... considered purely the realm of "nerds" by many.
It's time for that to change. At least in some small ways.
The office of Cultural Development wants you to submit your favourite Talossan words. Tell us what it is, and why you like it! Is it particularly fun to say? Does the forest of diacritics floating above it make you feel extra sophisticated? Does it just feel real crunchy in your mouth?
Not everyone is able or even wants to achieve fluency in el Glheþ. And we get that. But lets at least start cuddling up to this awesome thing we have.
By the way, my favourite word is hüpopot (hippopotamus). I like it because it feels rounder in my mouth than the English alternative, honestly more shaped like the animal itself.
What about you?

Oddly enough, my favority word (thus far) is also animal-related: urada (dolphin). To my ear, the natural inflexion changes as you pronouce the word have the same kind of rising/falling as dolphins do when swimming. Or at least that's the connection my brain made.

I like the curse words. Can't remember how to spell them all but I can say them like a champ!
