I have been reliably informed that it may not have been legal for me to have disclosed the FreeDem-MRPT coalition agreement for this term only to Sir Alexandreu without sharing it publicly. While I have also seen the counterarguments to this position, it is out of an abundance of caution (and not spite) that I will now share the coalition agreement here.
The Cabinet
Seneschal: Ian Plätschisch

-All cabinet ministers will keep in regular contact with the Prime Minister and will make reasonable efforts to attend cabinet meetings.
-All cabinet ministers will complete the required activity reports, and issue a speech outlining their plans for their Ministry before the beginning of the second Clark
-All cabinet ministers will abide by the previous cabinet code of conduct.
-A priority of the Ministry of the STUFF will be to continue porting content from kingdomoftalossa.net to Talossa.com do that the later can be taken down
-A priority of the Ministry of STUFF and the Ministry of Finance will be to find cheaper webhosting options
-A priority of the Ministry of Justice will be to create templates of legal documents
Organic Reform Process
-An immediate public declaration of an October 1st deadline for the Clarking of the draft
-An agreement to use V's draft as a starting point, making changes and clarifications as we decide on them, and including the following substantive reforms.
Substabtive Organic Reforms
-Removal of the number of Cosa seats to statute law
-Removal of Ministries to statute law
-Removal of other non-essential provisions to statute law
-King appoints the Seneschal on the advice of the Cosa, which uses a preferential ballot to decide
-Retention of mandatory Cosa lists
-The possibility of a small fee for successful Senate candidates
-A democratic way to remove an unpopular monarch
-Clarification of the party registration process that prevents people from registering joke parties
-A fully secret ballot
-Fleshing out "the generally accepted principles of Anglo-American Law"
Justice Reform
-UC consists of at least three Justices which serve renewable terms of between three and seven years. Justices are proposed by the Seneschal and considered by the Ziu (to be debated in the Hopper). The reconfirmation process will similar (to be debated in the Hopper)
-The UC is a cert court that hears appeals from a single, general nationwide trial court. The trial court has some number of judges (whose method of appointment will be debated in the Hopper), and cases are heard by a single randomly appointed judge. UC decisions are binding on the trial court
-Inclusion of a case or controversy clause and a clause allowing the removal of a judge/justice if they fail to appear in one of their cases for 60 days.
-The UC will be tasked with creating a procedure to admit new barristers.
-Removal of Wisconsin law from el Lexhatx
