Please include a statement of what party you are registering.
If there is no post on Wittenberg (usually in this thread) acknowledging your fee has been paid within 24 hours of you sending it, send email to me at pertgonest@kingdomoftalossa.net to remind me. If that address for some reason doesn't get an acknowledgment within 24 hours of sending to it, there is another email address in my profile here, send to that one, or yell at me through any other means you may have available (including on this thread).

Yup, the fee needs to be paid before assigning the seats you've won, but otherwise you only need to register to appear on the ballot. Effectively, we still have over a month to pay, but we'll do it as soon as some technical difficulties are solved.

(Just out of curiosity, what happens when some major party wins a lot of seats but fails to pay? Are they reassigned accordingly to the proportion of votes left?)

If the fee isn't paid, the seats stay vacant; if the seats are vacant at the end of the First Clark, they will permanently stay vacant. At least, IIRC.
