Estimat Mençei, members of the Ziu,
My term as Minister of STUFF during the 50th Cosa has ended. However, I still would like to do a final update of STUFF activities since the last updates on activity and web hosting. I think this term has been productive, but there is also a lot that has not been achieved. Being open and transparent about these things is I think helpful to give public officials an incentive to do their jobs, knowing that what they do or do not do will be out there for the public to see. It also allows the Ziu to keep an eye on the government and maybe provide constructive criticism. If no one knows what you are doing, it's less likely someone will provide you with good advice. Monthly reports in a Talossan context I think are a bit much, but I do hope the Ziu demands transparency from future ministers as well.

The CoA has been contacted regarding the CoA pages, which resulted in a member of the CoA getting access to Talossa.com in order to update/restructure the CoA pages. This has however as far as I'm aware not lead to results as of yet. The same holds true for the Royal Archivist pages.
The remaining three provincial pages (Vuode, Maricopa, MM) have been updated.
The OrgLaw page, which was already outdated before the previous election, has been updated before the elections. The political parties was updated with the results of the elections. Preliminary updates to Cosa and Senate pages have also been made after the elections, however these are now outdated again already.
Pages on the wiki do now exist for almost all glossary items starting with A-H.

I fear I forgot to mention this publicly, for which I deeply apologise, but obviously upon passage of the lannister act, His Majesty, King John has been appointed Talossan Web Registrant. Reimbursements have also been made to the web registrant for expenses made during the 49th and 50th Cosa term in accordance with this notification.
His Majesty has been reminded on the 13th of October about the possibility of receiving another invoice for Talossa.com. However, it appears no such invoice has been received.
Kotnet
Kotnet was down for a long while between the 29th of July and the 22nd of August. The ministry (and others) have contacted His Majesty and the Count of Thord about this, who have fixed the site. However, I still am unable to log in on kotnet, a problem that the Baron of Hooligan does not seem to be having, strangely enough. Senator la Mha also provided me with a link to download all content from kotnet (except media files) which has also been send to the Royal Archivist. The intention is still to close kotnet in 2020, but I've recently come to believe it might even be wise to do so sooner.
I'd like to thank everyone I've worked with over the past term, including those members of the Ziu who have asked questions, commented on STUFF updated or participated in the discussion on the Lannister Act. Especially I'd like to mention senator Eðo Grischun, with whom I've had a number of discussions relating to STUFF. An active opposition is needed to keep ministers on their toes.
That is all for now. I hope it's not too much of a giveaway if I say I look forward to next term.
