Notification of expenditure - Reimbursement [STUFF]

Esteemed Senators and Members of the Cosâ --

as required by 50RZ12,

FURTHERMORE, notwithstanding the above allocations, no funds shall be disbursed without a notice of disbursement having first been transmitted to the Ziu at least fourteen days prior to the disbursement, except that disbursements solely for the purpose of postage may be made with no less than 24 hours notice. Notices shall contain details of the purchase and a cost estimate for the purchase, or a copy of any invoice or receipt if seeking funds for reimbursement.

I am hereby notifying the Ziu of the impending expenditure of 146¤41 ($220.03 USD) upon enactment of the Lannister Act by the Ministry of STUFF to His Majesty, King John as reimbursement for the following expenses:
10¤7 ($15.17) for domain renewal 1 year of talossa.com on 26 May 2016
8¤44 ($13.10) for domain renewal 1 year of kingdomoftalossa.net on 4 July 2016
63¤55 ($95.88) for Economy Classic Hosting Linux Renewal 1 year for kingdomoftalossa.net on 24 August 2016
63¤55 ($95.88) for Economy Classic Hosting Linux Renewal 1 year for kingdomoftalossa.net on 9 June 2017

Receipts of these expenses will be posted in this thread.

Furthermore, the funds shall be disbursed from the "Webhosting fees" allocation of the Ministry of STUFF, pursuant to 50RZ12:

I probably should have used something else. The receipts are redacted because not everyone in Talossa needs to know the Kings adress, phone number etc.
