Right Honourable Minister of Justice, I know you are incredibly busy and do not wish to take up your time with nonsense and give you more to deal with. I thank you in advance for your time. The certification process of the most recent General Election was a complete farce. Does the Ministry of Justice intend on investigating whether any laws where broken in relation to all matters regarding the matter? This would include investigating the process that the Chancery, the Crown and the Election Commission should have took from start to finish. Kind Regards, Éovart Grischun, Opposition Party, RUMP. Ministry of Justice Office of the Attorney General
Right Honorable Sen. Grischun,
The Ministry of Justice is in receipt of your inquiry.
At this time, the Ministry of Justice has not initiated any formal investigation into the the legality of actions taken by individuals or institutions in regards to the recent election. The Ministry of Justice remains neutral as to the merits of such an investigation, but has not received information that warrant a formal inquiry.
If the Right Honorable Senator so desires an investigation to be commenced by the Ministry of Justice, then the Ministry would respectfully request of the Senator some probable cause that would support the initiation of the aforementioned investigation.
Very truly yours,
Viteu Marcianüs Avocat-Xheneral The Kingdom of Talossa

Right Honourable Minister,
I do not know enough about filing legal briefs properly, nor am I an investigator, nor do we have police nor law enforcement to report these things to for investigation, however, I would direct any interested investigatory offices to refer to El Lexhatx, TITLE B: ELECTIONS, Section 13 (in reference to 47RZ6). In particular, I believe, by proximate cause-in-fact that a breakdown of Lex.B.13.1 led to the total failure of the election certification process.
If there is a particular process that I should have followed rather than a TERP, please point me to the right place for future?
Kind regards,
Éovart Grischun.
(PS: I believe only Cabinet Ministers are styled Right Honourable)

Ministry of Justice Office of the Attorney General
Sen. Grischun,
The Ministry of Justice does not, at the moment, have a formal process to request an investigation. This does not mean that individual citizens or government officials should take it upon themselves to file legal briefs, investigate, or act as law enforcement. To that end, the TERP was an appropriate avenue to inquire about any investigation. However, the Senator should not feel limited to a TERP request; in the future, the Senator (or any individual) may submit a letter, through public or private means, to the Ministry of Justice, to inquire about the existence of an investigation or to request an investigation occur.
Due to the lack of formal procedure, the Ministry of Justice views Sen. Grischun’s TERP and response as a request for an investigation.
The Ministry of Justice reiterates that it will not initiate an investigation without some type of probable cause that the complained about conduct violated the Organic Law or El Lexhatx.
The Ministry of Justice will review the applicable law and the facts alleged and issue its decision within 48-hours.
Very truly yours,
Viteu Marcianüs Avocat-Xheneral The Kingdom of Talossa
