They can be found here: www.talossa.ca/files/election_result.phpIn short: MRPT: 80 seats RUMP: 63 seats FreeDem: 46 seats Rep: 9 seats I EXPLICITLY VOTE AGAINST ALL PARTIES: 2 seats (this party is not registered and this vote might be under review to count as PRESENT). All Referendums are ratified. Senators: Éovart Grischun for Vuode Lüc da Schir for Benito Sevastáin Pinátsch for Ataturk Manus J. Hand for Florencia Update For everyone reading this: It is obvious to me that these are the non-certified results and that until the Electoral commission has done its work, these are the non-certified results. I thought everyone understood that, I was wrong and I am being sued by someone who thinks that I means that these were the certified results.

I'm questioning the count in Vuode. I figured my vote was a long shot, but were votes for the RUMP and/or Sir T given to Eovart?

The ModRads convinced people, we didn't. Even if there are some issues with Senate voting, the magnitude of the vote is clear. So congratulations on a well-fought campaign.

When in 2011, August, Gluc and I gathered together to form a new party, could we imagine it will one day achieve such results? I personally couldn't, but here we are. Though I didn't contribute a lot to this victory lately, I am proud to be at it's historical origins.
I want to congratulate everyone at MRPT who made this possible and fought this marvellous campaign.
I also want to congratulate Talossa. I know the people in this party have enough passion to make it.
I'm wishing you a good day and a good Cosa!

Azul,
9,52 rounded = 10... in my math... They should be 3 seats for 4 partys in competition for a dice roll

I'm questioning the count in Vuode. I figured my vote was a long shot, but were votes for the RUMP and/or Sir T given to Eovart? Not a single one. Every vote for Eovart were votes explicitly cast for Eovart. In this election, not a single vote was given to a Senate Candidate on the basis on the party, because no one voted for a party in the senate election. For private votes, the only options now are the name of the citizens of the province, so they couldn't have voted for a party. It's only on Witt that they could have voted "RUMP" or "FreeDem" in the Senate.

Thank you both, Inxheneu and Sir Cresti. We are working on a course of action right now and I'm pretty certain that the citizenry will be notified of our choices over the course of the weekend. (Meanwhile, several Talossans will probably receive a couple of PMs soon, so I'm apologising in advance for the harrassment )

Actually, MPF, it wasn't obvious, and since the EC never certified the private voting system it is required to certify each vote individually. But, for that matter, the portion of my lawsuit regarding the EC is only a small portion of the overall lawsuit.

Actually, MPF, it wasn't obvious, and since the EC never certified the private voting system Odd, in the trial you said that the EC never certified the private voting system THAT YOU KNOW OF, and here, you say that the EC never certified it. Which is it? are you saying that you are not aware that the EC never certified it, or are you sure it never certified it? You have also never even explained the relevency of that declaration with the rest of your case!!! I don't even understand the link between your affirmation and the rest of the trial. Can you enlighten me? Can you cite ANY words that I said where I claimed that the private votes wouldn't be validated?

I'd prefer to keep any further conversation limited to the Corthouse, I just thought it was important to clarify for some people what the purpose of my lawsuit was since the giant headlines in this thread somewhat misconstrue the purpose.
