Estimat Ministreu:
I recently had a prospective immigrant contact me out of the blue to ask how he could get his immigration working, since he'd had no reply from the government. I thought it might be a glitch in the system or an oversight, but I also just want to make sure we have our bases covered. This terp is directed at whoever is currently responsible for the immigration process -- I apologize that I wasn't sure if this was, at present, Ministreu Tresplet or the Seneschal.
My question is this: is the immigration process working as intended right now, without any problems in either the technical aspects of the immigration form or the behind-the-scenes processing of applications?
Thank you very much for your time.

I'll field this until Carlüs gets here to respond in greater detail. There have been technical problems with the immigration form. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Thank you for your prompt reply! This stuff happens, I think, so no worries.
If I could make a suggestion, maybe pull it down temporarily and put up an email address?
Has this problem been going on long?

Yeah we've had some trouble with the form. I think it's basically sorted now, but for some reason applications are sometimes slow getting to my inbox. Once there they get forward on manually by myself to Ministreu Tresplet who acts on them immediately. The applicant in question has had his application forwarded on to the Ministreu now, you can assure him.

Just to reiterate what the Seneschal said, we've had several problems with getting inquiries and applications via the form, with some of them taking days to arrive and most having to be forwarded manually to me, but I do act immediately on every inquiry and application I receive.

I'm sorry, but I feel like I should apologize. I just realized: I should never have posted this Terp, since the Cosa has been dissolved, and the government was never beholden to answer it. It was a sincere mistake, and I thank them for graciously and promptly responding anyway.

It's a question we would have answered even if it wasn't a Terp - open and transparent government is something we could all benefit from I think
