Epic, the proposed language already requires 2/3 Senats approval for changes to the Senats. See the bolded language I quoted.

The language Sir Alexandreu quoted is from Section 2.

If the amendment is rejected and sent back in the next Cosa, the threshold in the Senate should come back down from an absolute majority to a simple majority. I will change it unless I hear major opposition.

The King shall not refuse assent if the identical amendment is approved by three-quarters of the same Cosa, or two-thirds of the following Cosa, and an absolute majority of the Senäts. They way this is worded suggests that an absolute majority of the Senate (meaning 5 yes votes) would be required even in a vote taking place in the next Cosa term. This is not what I intended.

I will change it unless I hear major opposition. So what will you say instead? Maybe: "The King shall not refuse assent if the identical amendment is approved by three-quarters of the same Cosa and an absolute majority of the Senäts, or by two-thirds of the following Cosa and a simple majority of the Senäts."

I would suggest replacing “and a(n) ___ majority of the Senäts” with “ with a(n) ___ majority of the Senäts” for clarity's sake: “The King shall not refuse assent if the identical amendment is approved by a three-quarter majority of the same Cosa, with an absolute majority of the Senäts, or by a two-third majority of the following Cosa, with a simple majority of the Senäts.”
