We the members of the Talossan Socialist Party hereby present our platform for the coming elections:

1. Sustain the Integrity of Talossan Democracy- through the defense against radical monarchists and fascists.

2. Maintain the Integrity of the Talossan State- through the spread of Talossan Culture, Ideas, and Organic Law.

3. Put the People in front of Bureaucratic Procedure- Simplify election procedures and the decision making process

4. Encourage foreign Policy with other Micro States- Provided that they have a sufficient population and sustainable government.

5. Encourage membership drives and publicize Talossa- While maintaining the group atmosphere and cultural cohesion.

6. Seek a more open relationship among other Parties- By looking for more bipartisan solutions to Talossa’s problems and conflicts.

We pledge to expand and edit this platform through popular support and the vote of the people within the party.

I'm intrigued: what are the particularly socialist characteristics your party is endorsing?

Honestly with Talossans being so spread out and with our Treasury so limited, (unless we want to institute taxation which I doubt anyone wants) Initiating traditional Socialist public services would be difficult, therefore our ideals will be based around a King with reduced power (I understand that the King's power is already limited but we would like him to be King in name only, like the U.K.), strong democratic traditions, and, like traditional socialists we believe in a strong government with the ability to affect change like expanding Talossan Membership and having a more active Foreign Policy(not necessarily a socialist idea but a foreign policy that is more connected with other micronations would help Talossa gain recognition).

Could you clarify specifically what you mean by that?

With such a small population, certain less important matters may be better decided through popular vote

Basically, this is all identical to Free Democrat policy, just with a few retro-Stalinist logos on it.

Other than some differing opinions over monarchism and provincial power along with a reduced standing of the cosa, we are pretty similar, that is why we do not see the FreeDems as enemies but as political partners (also the symbols are maoist  )

Also I would like to have it noted that we wrote our platform without having any knowledge of the free dems manifesto we just happen to share many beliefs with them.

Also galen I don't think it would matter if we saw the free dems as enemies we're outnumbered about 50 to 2.
