Ooh, no ESM this week? Have they been reprimanded for the "exchange" hoax, or are just too lazy?

Has the issue gone out yet? Its not in my mailbox. Must be a conspiracy because I didn't get my copy either (and no, it's not in my spam folder).

Hm, sorry about that. Looks like half the subscriber list didn't get their issue! I'll re-compile and re-upload it and re-send it immediately. I would have fixed this immediately, but I am in NYC at the moment and have limited time.

Two issues in a row I've been in the cartoons. Must be nothing else to talk about.

Wait wait wait...
I have in my system that the following bills need 2/3 of the Senate. This was copy pasted from the Organic law.
The following bills require two-thirds of the Senäts to vote:
bills changing sections of articles regarding the Senats (Article V)
bills changing sections of the article "Amendments to the Organic Law" (Article XV)
bills changing sections of the article "Territorial Subdivisions" (Article VXII)
bills creating new provinces or changing the number of provinces in any way which always require two-thirds of the Senäts.
None of the bills from the current Clark amend any of those articles, contrary to what the Article from Beric'ht Talossan suggests.
However, the Organic Law currently says:
And as such, would mean that ALL Amendments need 2/3 of the Senate!
Is that so?

Forget it, I found the reason:

So, I have updated the propose bills form to also mention Article IV, and modified the 2 bills amending Article IV so that they need 2/3 of the Senate.

So I guess the author of Section 11 of Article V should have intervened to warn me that my form was wrong, or perhaps he should have written that section better. It's his fault, NOT MINE. I reject ALL responsibility on this error and blames the author of that Section. It's all HIS fault. Oh, but then again, that was so many years ago, so perhaps that author isn't a citizen anymore... Let's check... (looks up the database). Oh... shit. Sorry, let's move along, DO NOT go check who the author of that part of the Organic Law is. He is an asshole anyway, no need to mention anything.

Is Beric'ht purely via subscription now?

Is Beric'ht purely via subscription now? Yes, good question! Inquiring minds want an answer to that! Is Beric'ht now only in subscription? What are the authors afraid of? Is any contributor going to answer that question? Come on! Wait, I think I know one or two of the journalists. Maybe I should calm down and ask them. Oops, with that Table of Content, we have NO CLUE who they are! Let's look at the hints: GMiPTH: that could be ANYONE! MPF: Not clear enough. Heck, even I am a MPF!

No! Sorry, to be honest, the last couple of times I've just forgotten to open it up. Sorry about that! I was in NYC at the time, and felt rushed just to get it done by the deadline!
