Whereas as per 39LC30, the Maestro is empowered to enroll Talossan citizens into the Order of Benito for their outstanding service to the province, I therefore enter the name of Don Timoþi Max Asmourescu O. Ben. onto the order's rolls.
Don Timoþi Asmourescu became a Captain of the Royal Talossan Navy shortly after achieving his citizenship, in June 2007. He then served as Minister of Defence during the 39th Cosa.
He was appointed to the rank and post of Admiral on November 29, 2011 pursuant to 35RZ32.
As Attorney General, he sought to reform the legal system through drafting key pieces of legislation like the establishment of the office of Clerk of Courts, the creation of a retirement process for Justices and Magistrates and an act to establish guidelines for legal representation.
Within our shiny Province of Benito, he has been Maestro of Benito twice, and Senator for two Cosas and a Clark.
Please join me in congratulating Don Timoþi Asmourescu for receiving the Order of Benito. Per 39LC30, he is now entitled to use the title of "Don" and the post nominal "O.Ben.".
