If you'd like to discuss the possibility of a certain course being offered, in the general, you can go ahead and post a discussion. However, to hold an actual course, you need the permission of the President of the University (or, in very rare circumstances, the Regent of the University) and it will almost certainly be held in a subtopic.

Thank you. Istefan Perþonest, University Regent I've never said no to any courses, I only ask that there be at least a few interested students first. I am very pleased at how many courses are currently being offered and would never want to discourage anyone from wanting to teach. |
