As our previous Maestro has renounced Talossan citizenship, there is a vacancy in the office.  As

I'm going to put forward a motion that we simply confirm Lüc da Schir as Maestro.

Okay, after this silly nonsense: thank you, Admiral Tim, I promise you that what you've done for our Province won't be forgotten. Hope you'll come across Benito and Talossa once more in the future, and who knows, maybe you'll jump in again sooner than you think! Good luck with Eurusia, and don't forget to send us some stamps at once.
That said, I can't do anything other than casting my vote in favour.

I could call the motion as a majority of the members right now, but I'd rather not risk a no-confidence motion as soon as the seats are filled.

I'm immensely grateful to the Chancellery for this unexpected appointment. I'll do my best to keep up the good work in our Sovereign Province and to comply with all the points in my Maestro program (that is obviously still valid and effective).

I'd like to wait until the fourth Clark to announce my full and updated program, as the Chancellery will be in session and therefore, more or less, every chancellor will be able to read it.

I can briefly announce the priorities of my term as Maestro.
1. Go on with the Provincial Name Change committee.
2. Keep in touch with Carlüs Xheraltescu's League of Governors.
3. Estabilishing a Statutory Law of Benito on TalossaWiki.
4. Update of the maps and infos on KoT.net and improvement of the Wiki page.
5. Renew our call for an active Vicere.
6. Inquire about the old website on Moonfruit.
