Am I, as party leader of the ZRT, allowed to assign a seat to a Benitian, who isn't a member of the party, I believes represents the views of the party on the matter?

Am I, as party leader of the ZRT, allowed to assign a seat to a Benitian, who isn't a member of the party, I believes represents the views of the party on the matter? The bill establishing this committee limited membership to "one member from each of the parties represented in the Chancellery". Since the ZRT is not so represented, the ZRT doesn't get to put a member on the committee. - Official ruling of the Arvitier Prima of Benito |
