I have been silent over the last few days, but I haven't stopped working... I can now reveal the big project I was working on over the last few days. On the KingdomofTalossa.com website, there is a list of documents which are the various Clarks since 2004. That list is hosted by Baron Hooligan, and as such, out of the hands of the Chancery. I also have a list of a few Clarks prior to 2001 (between 2001 and 2004, there were no Clark files as the Database was source of the Clark ). But, there was no master list of all of those files places in order. Granted, the Kingdom of Talossa listed the Clarks in order, but if you wanted the 4th Clark of the 46th Cosa, you had to look up which Clark it was. Worse, that site has NOT been updated. So, I have been working on a new page which collects all of the non-database Clarks we have in 1 central location: www.talossa.ca/files/clarkfiles.phpWe have some missing Clarks, and I will work on recreating them as best I can, but since we didn't have a master list, it was hard to pinpoint them.

Correction! I had 3 months of Recess in the wrong month, and as such, this is why I was missing 3 Clarks! Now, I have all of the Clarks from the 22th Cosa!!!
I have at least 1 file, I am not saying the files are all valid, some might be partial or corrupted, but I have files!
I also have the Clark Results for the last Clark of the 21st Cosa, but not the Actual Clark.
That means that I have ALL of the Clarks (in theory), since the publication of L'annuntzia del legeux, of which I own a copy!
As such, we might have all of the Clarks (not lost before the publicaation of L'annuntzia)

Thanks to the new page, I managed to quickly assign all of the laws from the 43th Cosa to their proper Clark!
This will be very useful. I will soon start entering data from old Clarks!

This morning, I made a lot of improvements on the new ClarkFiles page( I added the number of election votes for the elections and the number of cosa seats for the Clark).
I also added it to the menu.
I began a rework of the Data Entry form, first by improving it's look, than by improving it's code. Massively improving it's code... It was one of the worst coded page because it was improvised for my use only.
I also began working on eliminating annoying warnings (in the error_log file) from the site

I did small improvements on the Clarkfiles page, such as listing the number of missing bills for the Cosa. But the biggest work was the MissingBills page: www.talossa.ca/files/missingbills.php?cosa=45&sorting=NameIt lists which bills are missing for each Cosa, so I can enter them, with a link to the Insert Bill page (which you need to be SoS to access), with the Cosa Number and Bill Number pre-filled. It also lists the bills with the missing proposers, but I don't have a form for fixing that yet. It will come in a few weeks (or months), possibly only once all of the missing bills will be entered.

And I now have a tool for fixing missing proposers!

Now, the drop down of users on the Insert Bill and the Fix Proposer pages is improved:
1 ) The Cosa Members and Senators for that Cosa are now listed in a Cosa Member section and a Senator section. This will greatly help me locate users from old Cosas. When I will see "XXXX, Senator", I will have only 7 to 9 names to pick from. When I will see MC CSPP, I will have only 30 names or so to choose from, instead of the WHOLE Active citizens list.
2 ) When the SoS is logged in, the real name of the citizens will also be listed. Why? Just because they have their real name listed now, doesn't mean that they used it back in 2006 for example. That will greatly help

Vastly improved the data entry for old Cosa Members and finished entering botht he 34th Cosa and the 45th.
Also finished entering the Bills for the 45th Cosa.
I am still missing 1 change of Seats for the 34th Cosa and I will investigate, but I ran out of time fixing issues with the data entry form.
We are now missing Cosa Members only for the 38th to the 44th Cosa, which is something I plan to address really soon...

I also improved the data entry form.

And now, the Cosa Members for the First Clark of the 42st, 43th and 44th Cosa are all entered!
I also discovered how other SoS marked dual party seats: they just mark them with a / or a -.
So, I edited Fritz and Eovart so that their 2 seats at "ZPT/FGP" and "FGP/PP" respectively

Oh, I should mention that as of now, only 35 of the 232 Clarks (only 15%) don't have the Cosa Members entered.
But since the 1st Clark of the missing 7 Cosas are entered, it will be much easier to enter the missing 35, since the Cosa members change less in the same Cosa as from Cosa to Cosa... and I have a tool to copy the Cosa Members from 2 Clarks of the Same Cosa (while allowing editing the changes).
