Whereas, The Commons does not have any form of Scribe
Whereas, A Scribe is needed to organize all legislation passed into law
Whereas, The Commons needs one member of the house who is there to decide if a proposal is within the National Laws if Talossa and the Provincial Constitution of Ataturk and any Provincial Laws
Therefore, We the Commons hereby ESTABLISH and create the role of Clerk of the Commons which shall Organize Provincial Legislation and decides on the legality within the Province of Ataturk, however the Commons has the right to appeal to the Cort if they deem a wrong decision has been made
Furthermore, The Clerk of the Commons shall be appointed by the Basbakan on the advice of the Commons. However this role is only a Civil Service role and hold no authority other than that given in this Act
This is done by a majority vote of the Commons
(I commend this Bill to the house for debate)

I don't agree with this, especially with our small population. It sounds too much like a judge's role, so perhaps we should call this figure a "judge" rather than a "clerk". We should just straight-out institute a judiciary for Atatürk (just like Fiova have a Landsdoom etc.).

Fair enough. This is based on the justices in the house of commons (in the uk) itself. I do think we need a judge but i feel this role should be restricted to commons activity an no other legal proceedings and this is just an idea anyway

I agree with S:reu Ursum. This should be a (better written) Amendment that creates the judiciary.
At the same time, while I'm not against creating the framework for a judiciary, (even before it is needed) we still face the same problem of too many holes to fill with not enough pegs.

Well at least if we have the legal framework for this body to be set up then when there are enough "pegs" they can be filled without hastily written paperwork. and in this case i suggest that this role shall be a two way cort system if this is acceptable. a common cort, for legislative overview, bacically what this acts is proposing. then a Civil cort. for citizen problems and unlawful behaviour in ataturk.
