Citizens of The United Provinces of Vuode and Dandenburg,

Our new constitution has passed referendum. In accordance with the emergency legislation passed during the last term and with the new Article III, SECTION 5:

Any adult citizen of Vuode may claim a seat in the Estats Xhenerais
... This is done by making a declaration in public as follows: "I, name, hereby claim my right to be seated in the next Grand Session of the Estats Xhenerais". The citizen shall then be officially seated after swearing or affirming oath to the Cunstaval.

• This thread shall serve as the public place for making your declarations.
  
• The declaration period is open NOW and will close at 00:00 (Talossan Time) on April 30 2013.
  
• The Cunstaval will be consulted regarding the swearing in procedure which has yet to be codified.

Forgot to mention this during the election, but Sir Trotxa added the words "I hereby claim my right to be seated in the next Grand Session of the Estats Xhenerais" to his ballot when he sent it in.

Dunno if y'all can accept that or not, but when he shows up, you can explain it to him.
