My name is David Huisman.
If it so please the Squirrel King of Arms, I request the assistance of the College in designing and obtaining arms for myself and my lawful heirs.
My favorite colour is blue.
I attached a link from a webpage that shows my surname's coat of arms. It would be great if someone could help me with the design. I've spoken to Txec Nordselva about it, and he accepted being my assistant during the procedure. Graschias.

Greetings!
In that I am the Penzance Pursuivant, and you have already asked for a specific Fellow to assist you, this will be pretty easy.
I will assign The Oblivious Auditing Fellowship to assist you with your Coat of Arms.

Greetings, I will be pleased to assist you in creating your Coat of Arms. I see you gave a good starting point. Quite obviously, we cannot use the EXACT arms depicted, so I will need to change them in some way. I see two red stars atop and below the X, a red X that is engrailed, and on the left and right of the X what looks like two blue birds (pardon my not using proper terminology). Perhaps we can change some of the charges (symbols) or change the color of the X. How would you like me to proceed? I humbly await your reply, Txec Roíbeard Nordselva, OAF EDIT: I did an image search and I think it is actually two blue boars:

Maybe I'm missing something, but isn't Anderson, well, a totally different surname from Huisman?

It's still coming up to "Anderson". When I searched that site for "Huisman", it did come up with a different CoA. The CoA that is referenced on that site is a white background, with a blue stripe running diagonally from left to right , with 3 yellow circles in the blue stripe. I'm also seeing representation like this: From where does your surname originate?

My surname originates from East Belgium, but 200 years ago (aprox.) my ancestors moved to The Netherlands where they actually live. It's quite interesting to know that my great great grandfather was a sailor that used to sail all over Europe, until he finally met my great great grandmother in Amsterdam.
Yes I would like to see the blue stripe with the yellow circles. Can anyone tell me what do they represent?
Thank you

David, we could do this very simply. If you like the CoA of your family, I could change the color of the flowers to blue, or I could create a blue background and change the flowers to gold? Let me know how you want to proceed.

We can give you the heraldic terms of the design - "Argent a bend enhanced azure charged with three roundel bezant " But the symbolism lies with those who bear the CoA. Which, by the way - would be the eldest living son of the eldest son of the eldest son ( going all the way back to when they were granted - sometime around the 12th Century). So..... Unless you can prove that you are that same person, we can't do this exact CoA.

If you have "Azure, a shakefork and three roses or" - it should look wonderful
