Whatever you guys decide to do is fine. I'm not participating in this renaming effort for reasons I have stated numerous times. I will hold the vote on the renaming at your request. I will oversee the referendum. That's my job.
Then, I am resigning as Maestro and moving to Vuode (I lived in Pennsylvania when I became a citizen and moved to New York a few years ago). Thus entire process is both gut wrenching and appalling considering how much work was put into the first renaming of the province and it's constitution. I want no part of this callous destruction of what took us over a year to build.

I don't understand you, Maestro Asmorescu. After all, we are only changing the name, and not destruct the province.

What's the big deal? It's only a name. The big deal is that we went through this already. We did this, a lot of it. We crafted a constitution and we developed a province we could be proud of as we distanced ourselves from Mussolini. We became Benitians. We passed laws and created the honor "The Order of Benito." We have a culture and a history, such that it is, that now you want to erase. I will have no part of it. We built up, you are tearing down and I am not happy about it.

that now you want to erase Big error, slow down, mister. I do not want to erase any culture. Read the previous threads: other Benitians wanted to start these threads, and I'm only conducting the polls, to write down a bill to be submitted blah blah blah. Remember: for me, there's nothing against the name and the culture of Benito, so much so that perhaps I will vote Contrâ. If it may reassure you, this final poll do not decides anything than what name will enter in that bill.

I know polls are not binding. That is the reason I have not resigned. I intend to remain a Benitian for as long as there is a Benito.
