In the event of a tie between two or more candidates in the election for the position of Senator of the Free Province of Fiôvâ, it is the intention of this provincial government to conduct a secret ballot election to determine the winner.
Whilst it is within the Capitan's role to appoint a Senator in this eventuality without election, I do not believe it would be appropriate for such a decision to be made in a province which prides itself its legacy of freedom and democracy.
To conclude and to clarify this brief announcement, if the Senatorial election is tied, we will conduct a secret ballot election to supplement the nationally held public ballot election to fill the role. I shall then appoint the victorious candidate Senator of Fiôvâ.
Regards, C. Carlüs Xheráltsëfiglheu, el Capitan

I approve this move. However I do think that you must issue an Executive Order before the end of the General Election to have a "consultive election" between the tied candidates (otherwise I fear your choice could be in contrast with OrgLaw) in the "official election" using the same rule stated in 2012/L1 for the Capitán Election, stating that you'll use this "consultive election" to pick one of the tied candidates in the official one.
