Naming convention used=X-Y
X=Cosa term number
Y=Clark number (within the current Cosa term)
I move that we adopt the above naming convention as listing by month and year doesn't tell us anything about what was going on during a given Terpelaziun period. This way we can easily look up bills (Statutory Laws) which are listed in a similar fashion to get a better understanding of the reasons for both the Terpelaziuns and their answers.
