The legislature shall officially be in recess for the month of October.
I hereby proclaim Special Electionsto be held on November 1, 2010 to fill the vacancy in the Senate. Elections will run from November 1 until November 15 at midnight. which will run concurrently with the next General Election.
To prevent a vacancy in this very important office, I will fill the Senate seat.
