The Act and Nomination read as follows:

Whereas on the date of January 19th in the year 2010, the historical site of interest known as "The Grecian Delight" was destroyed by an act of arson and was lost to the Kingdom of Talossa; and

Whereas "The Grecian Delight" was the locum for several pivotal points in our nations history including the 1997 Organic Law Convention, several TalossaFest celebrations and the 2002 Swearing of the Oath of Office of Prime Minister Valcadac'h; and

Whereas efforts should be made to preserve the memory of such an important historical location and Talossan Landmark, now

Therefore be it resolved that the day of January 19th is recognized as a national holiday every year, forever, and that this date shall also be recognized as a day of rememberance for the lost historical site of The Grecian Delight.

This national holiday and day of rememberance shall be named "Grecian Delight Rememberance Day".

Upon this date, the government of The Kingdom of Talossa, shall encourage the citizens of the nation to pay respect and rememberance to this all important and historical site of interest.

Resoluziun del Senäts: Recommendation for Chancellor of the Bar

WHEREAS the post of Chancellor of the Royal Talossan Bar is currently vacant, and

WHEREAS it is totally unbecoming any real nation to have such a post vacant, and

WHEREAS the Kingdom of Talossa is just as real as any other nation (and possibly even more real than France)

THEREFORE the Senäts hereby recommends that the King appoint S:da Litz Cjantscheir to the post of Chancellor of the Royal Talossan Bar, and

FURTHERMORE, upon receiving said appointment from His Majesty, S:da Cjantscheir should begin work on the Royal Talossan Bar Exam as soon as possible.

I thank the Senate for this fine recommendation, which I am more than happy to follow.

Therefore, we John King of Talossa and all its realms and regions, King of Cézembre, etc., etc., do hereby appoint our well-beloved S:da Litz Cjantscheir to the post of Chancellor of the Talossan Bar, calling on all men everywhere to extend to her the recognition and honour due to her office, and for our own part both congratulating her and offering our heartfelt hopes that, however badly the former Chancellor may have turned out, her tenure will prove entirely happy and fruitful. Done under our hand royal at the city of Lone Tree in Colorado, this 1st day of July (being the Feast of the Most Precious Blood) in the year of salvation 2010, of the independence of Talossa the 31st, and of our reign the 4th.
