"I cast my votes as follows" he says between sips.

I must say CONTRA to the honorable but misguided 40RZ20. Pengopäts is indeed needed by Talossa, for during the benevolent rule of our monarchy there has been no degredation of the environment wilst at the same time there has been leverage of that very environment to encourage feats of art and sport. I suppose if Talossa were ever recognized as a member state in the UN I may reverse my opinion on this issue, but until then I say we should stay.

"On the matter of Saffron, 40RZ21 I vote PER, as it is well within the reasonable actions of this body to condemn those which are outside the bounds of reason.

And lastly I suggest to those who can vote to do so as PER on 40RZ-N, and know that Sir Fritz is extremely qualified to serve the realm via the Cort, and I most humbly add my assent to the wise decision of our ruler."

With that, he steps to a side bench to quaff and observe the orators that shall henceforth appear.

The senator for Benito wanders in, looking about as if unused to such a setting.

Greetings to all, especially to my fellow Senators!

On this day I feel like being more verbose than usual, mostly for nostalgic reasons, as I remember the days of long ago. Two days ago, the nineteenth of this month, the date seemed important and I could not remember for what reason, though I thought much about it, until at last I realized that it was the day I became a citizen now four years ago. There is a second reason as well, however: that the end of my term as a Senator draws near.

Concerning 40RZ21 The Saffron Act, I vote CONTRÂ. I have previously stated my reason for this.

Concerning 40RZ20 The Necessary Claim Redaction Amendment, I vote CONTRÂ. I offer the following as explanation of my reasons:

WHEREAS Talossa currently claims part of Milwaukee known as the province of Benito, and

WHEREAS this claim was made after the claim of the United States of America's claim, and

WHEREAS Benito is unneeded by Talossa (despite my representation of it),

THEREFORE, the claim to Benito be redacted from all official documents of the Kingdom of Talossa.

Now the above is not to be taken seriously except insofar as it illustrates two points, which I shall here mention for further clarity's sake: firstly, claiming land also claimed by the US might offer equal difficulty for any ends hoped to be gained in this manner; and secondly, Pengopäts is as much a part of Talossa as any of our provinces.

Concerning 40RZ-N Nomination of Sir Fritz to the Uppermost Cort, I vote PËR.

Last of all I would like to wish farewell to all my fellow Senators, as this is my last Clark among you, unless I am somehow confused or something radical happens. I hope the loss of my comments few though they are and all my joking and common sense shall not be missed too much. (Do try to restrain your relief at getting me out of here at least until I am gone.) Even more last of all (if that is possible) a happy Wargaming Day to all!

The Senator glances around with some regret, thinking of all the wonderful debates held here not so long ago when fighting for King and Country, though losing much in the process; and then, with a shake of the head to clear these thoughts, departs through the window, thinking never to return.

First, I would like to take a moment to thank the Citizens of Maritiimi-Maxhestic for allowing me to represent them. While this may have been the shortest term for a Senator, I hope I have done well by their measure.

I would also like to thank King John, for having the trust in me to take this esteemed desk and chair, to stand for Maritiimi-Maxhestic in this hallowed Chamber.

And finally, I would like to take a moment to thank my fellow Senators , for allowing me to sit with them, for these two months.

Now, on to the issues at hand:

As to the Act 40RZ20 The Necessary Claim Redaction Amendment, I vote CONTRÂ.. While it may become an issue in the future, I do not believe it is issue at the moment. If and When our Kingdom does enter into a relationship with the United Nations, then we should look into this issue again. Until then, Pengopäts should and will remain a Territory of Talossa.

As for 40RZ21 The Saffron Act ... well, as I have said before, and to no one's surprise, I vote PER. I find it ironic that am the deciding vote to get this Act passed.

Sadly, it is time for me to take my leave of this desk, and of this Chamber. I will cherish my time here, and look back on this fondly.

Next time the Senates is called to vote, and different person will be at this desk. I wish them the best of luck. I also left them something in the desk drawer. I hope they get here soon.
