Students --
Has interest in this class disappeared completely? If so, I will not bother to hold the rest of the lectures. I sent mail to the class, but have not received a single response. Of the twenty students enrolled, at last count only two were actually following the class.
I am extremely sorry if anything about my teaching methods has disappointed eighteen of the twenty of you, and have decided that if it is best not to bother completing the course, since the class seems to have lost interest, then the class should simply be abandoned.
I will monitor this thread for responses.

Lord Hooligan, I'd say the lack of interest of the class doesn't reflect a lack of interest in the subject, and your teaching methods are lovely, considering it's an online class. My guesses are that people just got too busy and have mostly forgotten about the class, skipped a few lessons and for whatever reason felt they couldn't jump back in, or just have a lack of motivation.
Even if it is inactive, I think we should continue the class. The Talossan language draws in a lot of our members, and I think the learning of the langauge (or even just the option of learning the langauge) should not be bypassed. Perhaps we should draw more attention to the subject in other forums and try to seek new recruits to join in?

The teaching methods and course content are not the reasons that I dropped out. The past few months really have been a living hell for me on all fronts. Constant busy-ness at work, trying my hardest and dardest from keeping my family from falling apart (a battle that I officially lost last week, sadly) and my recent health problems simply have not allowed for me to take part in this.
However, I did fully intend to go through the course on my lonesome when I get the leisure time to do so, so I hope you publish the final lectures. I shall take part in my own time in the hopes of learning this stuff... with or without the official credits.

I'm still in, though I've been a little busy these past few months.

Lord Hooligan, I'm sorry to say that I probably won't be able to continue this course. Maybe in the summer, when I don't have school to worry about. However, please post the rest of the lectures. IMO, they are the best beginning course I've seen on Talossan anywhere, and it would be useful later on , and to other new citizens.
