Declaration December 2009 A Month of Recess

WHEREAS the legislature of the Kingdom of Talossa has been working hard (or, in some cases, hardly working), and

WHEREAS the SOS has requested a break since he is so overworked, and

WHEREAS the month of December is one which contains many holidays, at least one of which is related to the spreading of peace on Earth and good will toward all, and

WHEREAS many of the citizens of Talossa will be spending this time with their families, and thus will not be able to appear as frequently on these Forums,

THEREFORE I, Iustì Canun, Seneschal del Regipäts Talossan, invested with all due authority and stuff, pursuant to the power granted me by Article XIII, Section 1 of the Organic Law of the Kingdom of Talossa declare a recess in the business of the Ziu. I further call on the lawmakers of this nation to use the time for the benefit of their King and Kingdom, and ask them to reconvene for the next Clark on 1 January 2010.
