This thread is a hope to form a Providential Milita, acting as a small local military to handle and control events that would otherwise seem trivial to the nation whole armed forces. Thoughts?

I would support a peace-keeping force to assist in times of floods/provincial disasters as does the national guard in each U.S. state. A full blown militia is unnecessary though

I simply used the word "Militia" for lack of another.

Bear in mind that our learned friends in the surrounding country of the USA provide Talossa with National Guard and Local Police force services as a thank you for looking after the Cestours.

Bear in mind that our learned friends in the surrounding country of the USA provide Talossa with National Guard and Local Police force services as a thank you for looking after the Cestours. Agreed. Also, seeing as there's currently no citizens residing within the boundaries of the province, it'd be relatively pointless to create an unnessecary ceremonial force that doesn't really serve any real purpose. Unless, of course, Talossa went the way of mainstream micronations and decided to get itself involved in "cyber-wars", and stupid crap like that.
