On behalf of the Talossan people, I offer my sincere gratitude to Quedéir Castiglhâ for his service to our Kingdom during this difficult time.
QC was wise and careful in his judgements, with the welfare of the Kingdom always coming first. I am sure that history will remember Q as one of Talossa's finest first ministers.
On a personal note, it was a pleasure to work with QC both as Regent and in other capacities. I wish him the best of luck with his future endeavours.
