That Sir Trotxâ Betiñéir has not voted in the last two consecutive Clarks ( the May, 2009 Clark and the August 2009 Clark).

Article V, Section 5 states:

"A Senator vacates his seats if he fails to vote on two consecutive Clarks, or if he resigns from office, loses his citizenship or dies. "

Sadly, I am required to inform the Kingdom that the Senate Seat for Vuode has been vacated, and now stands empty.

I don't want to see Sir Trotxâ vacate his seat, I'm just curious about the inner workings of the law.

But Sir Cresti, doesn't the above referenced opinion apply only when a Senator has been reelected? Sir Trotxâ was in the middle of his term, not between terms as the opinion ruled.

But, in the case you sited, the Senator's Term was over at the end of the last Cosa, he was re-elected (starting a new term), and again did not vote.

Sir Trotxâ Betiñéir did not stand for Election this last GE - he was still in office. His term expires at the end of the 40th Cosa.

Hey guys...I think there is something very odd happening with email. I have been checking for notices every month since July and not seen a notice come across my email...are you sure that board notice are crossing over to regular email where we can pick it up?

My job transferred me so I have been VERY busy since August and not able to log into the board but I have been checking my emaila at [e-mail] and there has not been anything...NADA...from Talossa. Only this week have I been able to log into the Board.

Someone told me there is a Facebook group as well?
