Well, the only thing going on here seems to be that there's a very close Senatorial election (although the only Maricopans interested in it seem to be the two candidates, really) but they've been tooth-and-nail at times, though I also hear they get along just fine when they're not on the stump.
Otherwise, Maricopa sounds like a bunch of crickets chirping in the night. My report is that all is still pretty much well in Maricopa.
