The ever growing figure of the Senator from Florencia steps to the head of the chamber and emits a loud *cough* to begin the Senates for May's vote. "Ladies and Gentlemen, Ladies and Gentlemen! Please I would call to all senators to vote and vote swiftly!"
In regards to 39RZ19 Order of the Bonacon Act I vote PER and hope that we can all agree that this act is worthy of passing and will allow recognition of those worthy of its title.
As to the matter of 39RZ23 The Geneva Convention Adherence Act I vote against my personal judgment but in accordance to the moral and ethical standard of the cestors and others that I stand in representation of, I vote PER. I would encourage our senate to vote in favor of this bill as well and help rush it's acceptance and adherence in to our fair kingdom.
Senators, take a moment from your war games, I call for your votes!

Votes on the May 09 Clark:
On 39RZ19: Wasn't this bill in the last Clark? And it passed...I am confused... I voted PER on it then. I'll vote CONTRA on it this time through. Ha ha!
On 39RZ23: AUS.
Thank you.
STAR TREK! WOO-HOO!

Ding ding! Ding ding! Senator, most supreme Province of Atatürk, arriving. Ding!
The Senator from Atatürk stumbles into the Chamber. He is extremely cranky that he is awake at 0230 on a Sunday for work. He looks around the Chamber and jealously notices that his colleagues are all soundly asleep elsewhere. He mutters Sunsab*tches under his breath and proceeds to cast his vote.
My slumbering countrymen! I would like to wish you each a way-too-early Good Morning! But I'm tired, please accept the following votes in exchange.
39RZ19: Do we recycle legislation numbers from previous Clarks? Is it because it's the exact same bill from last month and the other bills that have made multiple Clarks have changed between each Clark, or is it only because of the veto? Anyway. His Majesty made an excellent point in his veto from the previous Clark and having thought more about it, I agree. This law would chip away a piece of the King's power, privilege, and prerogative. I vote CONTRÂ this time. But I most humbly petition His Majesty to pretty please establish this Order. It's awesomely proper and legit.
39RZ23: I don't think this was quite ripe enough for this Clark. I know I was still doing personal research and more time was required. While I appreciate specifying certain conventions, the additional language of "...as well as all subsequently issued "additional protocols." " makes me slam on the brakes and curls my toes a bit. Talk about tying your hands and walking blind-folded. Bad combination, believe me. Been there, done that, and it's not fun. I didn't even want the t-shirt afterwards. I vote CONTRÂ. Perhaps after some more time on the vine it might be ripe. It's happened before.
The Senator steps down from the podium and shuffles out of the Chamber. Ding ding! Ding ding! Senator, most supreme Province of Atatürk, departing. Ding! He doesn't even look around, everyone is still tucked into their (hopefully) comfy beds. He laments the fact that due to standing watch he can't even enjoy a Bloody Mary or mimosa this morning. The Senator sighs and looks out the window towards the sunrise. So much for the 4th Commandment.

The Senator from Cezembre rushes into the chamber.
39RZ19 CONTRA, although for it before, I am against it if it gets resubmitted to rapidly - this should be taken up by the next Cosa. 39RZ19 PER, this should be de facto, but it is also appropriate to confirm,
The Senator from Cezembre rushes out of the chamber.

To my dear friends in the Senate - a point of clarification.
Due to OrgLaw , specifically
Article X, Section 6:
"...The King may sign such a Bill, in which case it shall immediately become law; or he may veto the Bill, in which case it shall be returned, with his objections, to the Ziu, which shall proceed to reconsider it in the next Clark. ..."
39RZ19 was placed in this Clark by law (just in case it was missed).
I left the number the same, so that there wasn't a confusion with 2 numbers for the same bill.

As to 39RZ19, the Order of the Bonacon Act, I vote NON. I see no problem in allowing the King to create this order instead, if he so desires. I presume, the people's wishes on the matter having been expressed, that he will either do so or else say why he refuses. If the former, then the purpose of this bill will be served; if the latter, I want to hear it.
As to 39RZ23, The Geneva Convention Adherence Act, I vote PER.
