Chancellors,
If you have not voted yet, I urge you to cast your votes. The people of Benito also renew their call for the appointment of a Vicere.

On 39LC30, I accede, by my hand, in the name of King John, this day. I append here the fact that my decision was arrived at with deep consideration; in the knowledge that the King vetoed the recent Order of the Bonacon Act, but knowing that he has previously established such orders of merit via legislative request. Therefore, I take it that the Viceré reserves the right to establish such orders as he or she finds worthy - and thus with the Order of Benito. I would note that Section 4, however, does not establish impersonation as a punishable crime; it merely refers it to the UC. An amendment may be in order to allow the Provincial Courts to deal with the matter.
On 39LC40, I accede, by my hand, in King John's name, this day. How this measure works in practice is to be seen; but I consider it to allow reasonable opportunity for appeal in case of problems and any kinks will be dealt with as time passes.
Owen Edwards Viceré
