Declaration March 2009 A Month of Recess

WHEREAS the legislature of the Kingdom of Talossa has been working hard (or, in some cases, hardly working), and

WHEREAS the SOS has requested a break since he is so overworked, and

WHEREAS it has been suggested that some time for the legislators to organize and to develop and draft bills would be a good thing in these times, now

THEREFORE I, Ieremiac'h Ventrutx, Seneschal del Regipäts Talossan, invested with all due authority and stuff, pursuant to the power granted me by Article XIII, Section 1 of the Organic Law of the Kingdom of Talossa declare a recess in the business of the Ziu. I further call on the lawmakers of this nation to use the time for the benefit of their King and Kingdom, and ask them to reconvene for the next Clark on 1 April 2009.
