As to 39RZ12, "The Constitution for Benito Act," I vote PER. This endorsement of provincial will is a pleasing thing to enact.
As to 39RZ13, "The Ziu Reform Amendment," I must reluctantily vote PER. I am not entirely happy with this amendment, as I think it is a bit poorly worded, but I would like to see it go to the people for their verdict.
As to 39RZ14, "The Have a Coca and a Smile Act," I enthusiastically vote PER, because it gives a handy opportunity to make more puns about Hooligan's name.

The Senator of Cezembre is a bit confused, seeing Ferbuary on the first of these posts, and June in the context of page 2 of www.kingdomoftalossa.net/chancery/feb09Clark.docThus he approaches the bar, not that of a speaker, but the bar off in the alcove of the Senate chamber, the one for a drinker. He prepares a first libation: 1 part Goldschlager 1 part Jägermeister 1 part Sambuca He raises his glass and clearly states: " PËR on 39RZ12", and quickly drinks and slams his glass on the counter. He also adds "and we should also rename this drink as well. He prepares a second beverage and state " PËR on 39RZ14 - Things go better with Coca" after which he quaffs deeply. A bit wobbly, but none the worse for wear, he then prepares 1 oz Dark rum 1 oz Amaretto 1 oz Kahlua 1 oz Bailey's irish cream 3 scoops Ice-cream (Rocky Road) Cream 2 Cherries and combines all contents in blender except cherries, and blends until smooth. He pours it into mug, and garnishes the drink with cherries. Holding the mug up high he states "Any Senator who can't take the heat should get out of the kitchen! PËR on 39RZ13" He then leaves the bar and returns to his seat, sipping quietly on his drink while he awaits the statments of the other Senators.

The Senator from Atatürk rises from his work desk on a Saturday. There can be no drinking for him, as he is currently on duty. So he makes his way to the bar to get a Long Island Iced Tea, hold the Long Island, proceeds to a random podium and casts his votes.
On the matter 39RZ12: It's unfortunate that it's taking the Ziu to resolve a relatively simple Provincial issue. Good on Mussolini, I mean Benito for drafting and ratifying their constitution! Not so good on the Provincial leadership for being MIA. I only pray that I don't make the same mistake. PËR!
For 39RZ14: An excellent opportunity to highlight more of the immigration process! Welcome aboard! PËR!
And finally: 39RZ13: I don't know if it is because this bill is numbered 13 or some other reason, but it has already failed to gain the required 2/3 approval of the Senate required by Article V, Section 11. I do think that Senators should be accountable to their constituents. At the same time, an Amendment such as this should outline the maximum attempts of recalling a Senator instead of leaving it up to the Provinces. After all, they voted for their Senator, they should have screened their candidate better. I was curious to see if such a limit would be included, but it wasn't. CONTRÂ.
The Senator returns to his desk and anxiously awaits the results of the FCF to see if he can go home yet.
