Appointment of a New Cunstaval

We John by God's grace King of Talossa and all its Realms and Regions, do by these presents thank Dr. Otto Gold Ferrari for having served as Constable of Maricopa, and do also hereby appoint to the said office of Custaval dal Provinçù Maricopa our right well-beloved subject Ma la Mha Baron Tepistà, to serve therein at our pleasure, charging the new Constable with the promulgation of the Constitution of the Province of Maricopa at his early convenience.

Done under our hand royal at the city of Lone Tree in Colorado, this Monday within the Octave of the Epiphany, being the 12th day of January in the year of salvation 2009, of the independence of Talossa the 30th, and of our reign the 2nd.

With gratitude and humility, I accept His Majesty's appointment to become Cunstaval for the great Province of Maricopa, and to represent the interests of the Crown in that province. I do so while also silently cursing whoever it was who might have suggested me to the King for the said appointment.

I will attend to the business that was mentioned by His Majesty in his saddling proclamation with all due celerity (or broccoliti).
