Citizens of Benito, The great province of Benito has been suffering as of late. Without an active provincial government, we have lacked to properly carry out our duties to our citizens.
We are all included in this- myself as the Maestro, the members of the Corperative Chamber, and individual citizens themselves.
The time as come for change!
As the national election has passed we can prepare, ourselves for a change of our own.
As Maestro, I wish to ask upon my constituents to hold 1) a constitutional convention and 2) Provincial elections. I humbly ask you to become active! Implore your government members to pass legislation to make this province better! Fight not only for the betterment of the Kingdom but also the betterment of your own Province!
We are not only Talossans! We are Benitonians!
Let us embrace that role together as we walk down the pathway of change hand in hand.

Hopefully as soon as humanly possible.
We'll need to elect new Cooperative Chamber members and a new Duc de Cameral (sp?) at best.

Well, the provincial elections already took place and the assembly seats have been assigned. Our first order of business is to elect a Maestro.

Yes, we must elect a Maestro.
The constitution that was created in the last Cosa is null and void because it is not organic. Any policy from the old one is no longer in effect.
