So last Cosa we got a new name and flag.

How about a constitution?

How about trying to make for a more active province?

And lastly, how about the CC actually has sessions and we pass some legislation to improve our province?

Our original "constitutional convention" sort of collapsed.

Right now, I'd recommend the CC vote on the currently unpassed bill (Provincial Organization Bill). It appeared to hold no opposition, so once that passes, I think it'd be safe to reorganize the province and write a stable constitution.

The first thing we need to do is actually start having sessions. I recommend that the CC sessions coincide with the Cosa for simplicity sake. Then, once seated, we will elect a Maestro and vote on the Provincial Organization Bill. Then if we can actually get some participation within the province, I want to revive the constitutional talks.

I also recommend we create a small website for the purpose of archiving passed legislation, proposed legislation and members of the government. Think of it as sort of a mini-KoT website for the Province of Benito. Naturally, we can only do most of this once the parties assign seats.

I can make pages for Benito with my KoT.net login. All I need is a list of what we want and I can make a webpage as detailed as the Maestro wishes.

I'm thinking just a slight expansion of the one page we have now. I think we should have an archive on there with approved legislation for each Cosa just like the KoT website has under Statutory Law.

Otherwise our legislation can only be tracked through the message board, and that can get messy.
