The Talossan Law Library Act of 2008 / DPD
WHEREAS the Government of Talossa has passed bills and laws for a long time, it is only natural, that these laws should be easily accessible to all citizens. It is therefor proposed that;
1. All laws that have passed, along with any amendments be posted on a certain Internet URL, or;
2. A website set up for these laws to be easily read by all citizens.
3. The URL or website URL address be posted clearly to all in what is known as Wittenberg, under a permanent 'locked' link.
THEREFORE be it resolved by the Ziu of the Kingdom of Talossa that
1. That this act shall pass.

I want to point out that all of these bills that you've posted won't actually do anything.
Technically, since the only thing you said after the "THEREFORE" is that the bill would pass, that's all that will happen. The bill will pass, nothing else.

Basically yes, but there should be some kind of clear link available at all times, not just some obscure link somewhere on an another domain... It could be for example under Talossan-Law.com or something similar...

I don't think we need a plethora of .com domains to link every which direction. It's already pretty clear if you go to the KOT site as it is.
Unless you wish to pay homage to the Flying Spaghetti Monster .
