The Talossan Banking Act of 2008 / DPD
WHEREAS the Government of Talossa needs a method of collecting funds, for example for Political Party Registration Fees, and other fees, that might arise in the future, it is requested and required that the Talossan Ministry of Finance shall;
1. Create a Paypal account, or another merchant-account, that allows payment through debit/credit cards to a joint Talossan Treasury, which use shall be supervised by the Cosa.
2. The use of incoming and outgoing funds shall be for the benefit of Talossa, and not a an individual or a political party.
THEREFORE be it resolved by the Ziu of the Kingdom of Talossa that
1. That this act shall pass.

I'm pretty sure we already have a system of collecting fees from political parties...

This bill seems unnecessary to me.

If we dont then i say "Yes" To my knowledge there is no way to pay for the politicial party registration fee, other than by snail-mail, with cash in the mail. Which is to say the least at the senders own risk. I therefor believe, that a Paypal account would do NO HARM, and the bill should pass.

Like all of your other bills, it's certainly to have to be rewritten before I vote for it.

Not to mention, Tony, Mick just stated that Sir Fritz accepts Snail Mail but others have accepted pay pal. What your legislation is doing, in essence, is forcing the seated Burgermeister to accept PayPal.
I absolutely refuse to support a bill that tries to force Sir Fritz to do something. Try asking nicely.

I'm not sure this is overly nessecary, but if we want to create a "Royal Bank of Talossa" for shits and grins I'd be open to the idea.

It's called the Royal Bank & Post, and is responsible for designing and issuing our currency and postage stamps. (The law I linked to has been largely superseded by subsequent legislation.)
