I have only a few questions regarding this bill....
(Regarding number) 1. Is the use of snail mail really necessary? Some may be perfectly fine with sharing their addresse publicly, but others are not. Besides, unless some among us are using sock puppets, the use of e-mail shouldn't make the statements any less legal.
(Regarding number) 2. Is this truly the most efficient use of government funds?
I like number three, but what is no developments actually take place? Wouldn't that make the reports nothing more than tedious busywork and the establishment of an overly excessive Talossan bureaucracy?

This is utterly unnecessary and without any force therein. We already have a way of assigning ambassadors, by royal appointment, to countries from around the world.

I do not think this bill has to be written into law because most of what S:reu Weckström mentioned is mear tradition or practise for that office.
We do not even have Talossan ID cards, so why should we have ambassador ID cards?
I, personally, like the idea of ID cards if they are free (i.e. you send so and so a picture and he copy pastes you into the ID card and then emails that file to you for you to print and laminate yourself).
