Before you ask....

Flip was granted 5 seats by Xhorxh when they both were in CCCP

Xhorxh disbanded the CCCP.

Flip gave 2 seats back to the CCCP.... which doesn't exist. So, they are free range votes now.

Matáiwos Vürinalt Ian da Bitour do not necessarily follow Xhorxh to the NSP.

I would suggest that the CCCP is still a legal organisation (not a personal fiefdom of XA's) whereas the NSP and FGP aren't. The precedent is the PP last term - PP members were listed as independents.

The 2 unassigned seats, then, return to the CCCP, who, once they have an assigned leader, can assign the seats.

The party Leader of the CCCP dissolved the Party. He who paid the dues, made the Party go away.

The remaining members of the CCCP can tell me they wish to reform the Party , if they want. They can join other Parties.

But the seats that Flip gave up went to a Party that doesn't exist.
