When the Cosa election ends...

When this Cosa election ends, can political parties or Cosa seat holders immediately propose a new law to the Cosa,

or is there a waiting period to confirm all the votes, and
the Cosa's party seats per person/party?

When this General Election ends, (tonight) , I'll re-tally all the votes, inform the King and make a public notification of how many MC's each Party gets.

I will then await notification from the Party Leaders of the new MC's

From there, the Rules of the Hopper and the Clark go into effect.
