For those who may wonder at my apparent vanishing, I here offer a brief explanation, mostly as it pertains to my vote. I was at one point of minor importance in the government, but that was when I had far more time to spend at the computer, which seems to be the only way to participate in Talossa. Now that I have gone on to college in Canada, I have scarcely any time for Talossa, which does not mean that I have forgotten.
However, there are many things I wish were different and if that were so I might find it easier to participate. I have many ideas, but I do not have the time to carry them through. I had hoped to stand for those ideas with a new party, el Parti VMR, but that was before I realized how much less free time I would have with college.
I have held off voting until now only because I was uncertain for which party to cast my vote. I have looked over the political statements for all the parties and nowhere do I see a party advocating what I feel most strongly about.
I am allowed to vote for whatever party I wish. If I wanted I might just as well vote for the Spontaneity Party or the Chipmunks for Acorns Party or whatever amusing name I wanted for a nonexistent party. However, I choose instead to vote for a party that practically speaking exists no more than any of the above, but at least exists as an idea, standing for what I see as the most important for Talossa: de-internetization (which does not mean removing Talossa from the internet, but working towards prevention of the idea that it is an internet forum, and not having citizens drift in to have fun on the forum and then disappear); re-centering ourselves in Talossa (which is more idealistic than anything, necessitating the assistance of those who live in the GTA); and culture (which means making it a part of the lives of all Talossan citizens, encouraging artists and poets and playwrights etc...).

Now that I have gone on to college in Canada Does this mean that you haven't been out plundering and raiding vessels on the seas? Privateering is a way of life, not some side thing you pick up for weekends.

All provinces now have votes for at least two parties, with Benito leading the way with 5 different parties being represented in the tally as of early 14 Oct.

FYI :
I contacted Sir Fritz with my desire to Register the LRT Party in my name, and take Leadership of the Party. In that the party had been abandoned by it's previous Leader(s), and they had not named anyone to assume leadership, the post was vacant, I felt it was only fair to give Cresti Caveglhet a voice in the upcoming Cosa.

Which shows everyone what a gentlemen Capt. Preston really is! I recognize his previous contacts and await his party's payment to conclude the LRT registration. I would also like to be the first to thank the good Captain for all the time and effort he has contributed to running this election and in doing it so well.
(raising my glass at Mr. Fritz's) Here's to you Mick!

(lifts my own glass, wishing I were at Mr. Fritz's with my good friend) Yes, here's to you Mick! Excellent work as always, in the most time-consuming and cost-consuming (PLEASE will you PLEASE submit your Xeroxing and postage costs to the treasury for reimbursement?!) job in all the nation! The nation is so lucky you were too drunk to know better than to accept the job that night, my friend!

Thanks Mick!
Whilst this election has been healthily plural in some aspects, we have still in no way approached a pluralist democracy. Something for the opposition to think about, certainly. I think as the voter base develops, and as the opposition develops more sophisticated methods of communication, things could change. Ah well. Next year, eh.

I think a correction needs to be made to the final tally of votes for the Maritiimi-Maxhestic provincial assembly. GRUMP got two votes (Dustin Parsons and Davíu Siervicül), but it says 1.
