I present you with the Final Results of the 2nd Clark of the 38th Cosâ .
The VOC passed 172-16.

Votes were not received from the following :
For the First time:
Max Sklar MC , LRT
Niclau Börnat MC, LRT.
For the Second Consecutive Clark:
Ian Danois MC CCCP
Sir Fritz von Buchholtz MC, Royal Placement
Article VIII: Composition of the Cosâ, Section 4 of the Org Law stipulates:
"...An MC vacates his seats if he fails to vote on two consecutive Clarks, or if he resigns from office or dies. Any seats left unassigned at the end of the first Clark of the government are considered vacant. ..."
Therfore, the seats held by MC Danois and MC von Buchholtz are deemed to be vacant, and return to the unassigned seats of thier respective parties . (MC Sir von Buchholtz's return to the RUMP Party)
