WHEREAS this province is divided into two cantons, Lorentizio and Riverside, and
WHEREAS it seems kind of pointless to have cantons and not make use of them, and
WHEREAS most (if not all) other provinces of this fair Kingdom have a provincial capitol, and
WHEREAS this province is currently undergoing a "renaissance" of provincial reform and restoration,
THEREFORE we proclaim that:
For ceremonial and political purposes, the capitol canton of this province shall be Lorentizio. The capitol canton shall have no priority over the other in any matter or affair of the province. At a later date a ceremonial "capitol building" within the canton shall be decided on.
Citizens of this province shall be organized between Lorentizio and Riverside, for census and organizational purposes.
Citizens residing in the Wisconsin county of Waukesha; the U.S. states of Illinois, Iowa, and Pennsylvania; Overseas, the nations of Italy, Vatican City, Georgia shall be assigned to the Lorentizio canton.
Citizens residing in the Wisconsin counties of Jefferson and Dane; and the U.S. states of Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. Overseas, the nations of San Marino, Armenia, plus all nations in Africa not listed elsewhere shall be assigned to the Riverside canton.
