You should talk to Hooly about getting the editing privileges for the province's page on KoT.net. Looks like the name change will go through on the national level with the next GA. |

Yes, I have presented the flag to the College of Arms and I am awaiting their approval. As soon as that is complete, I will have Hool update the flag on KoT.net.  The name change legislation is almost ready to be Hoppered, part of it is in and the other part is being written. |

All bills affecting the name and flag changes have been hoppered and will need Ziu approval for total affect.

Just to confirm--- will the flag change need to be approved by the National Ziu as well, or can this be done on our own, with the approval of the College of Arms?
