The Hello My Name Is _____ Bill

WHEREAS this province has been made in reverence to the facist dictator Benito Mussolini and,

WHEREAS facist dictators do not make good Talossans and,

WHEREAS Talossa should not be honoring said facist dictators with provinces named after them,

THEREFORE we proclaim that:

1. The province of "Mussolini" be officially be renamed to "Benito" in order to end all ties to the facist dictator Benito Mussolini, while keeping in accordance to Talossan history and our quirky blend of Talossan and Italian in our province.

2. All past laws and statutes of the province "Mussolini" be rewritten to the changed name of "Benito" except documents of utmost historical importance.

3. The current draft of the constitution be rewritten in accordance to the name change and shall be declared officially in Article VI Section Two Part i, The Name of the Province.

Please note this bill has been named as set down in the yet to be official constitution and will be voted upon as such. A 51% vote by the members of the CC is required to pass this bill and replace all the "NEW NAME's" in the draft of La Constituziun dal Provinçù.

Just as a note, it should probably be titled 1RCC1 (Resolution of the 1st CC 1)

EDIT: Also, you'll have to make changes to the orglaw and statutory law on this, so you'll have to submit bills to the Ziu as well, so... your province name won't really be changed until a few months after the next election.

Ah, very well then, all the various submissions will be made to finally get this changed.

Hereby declare this bill a law,
On the 9th of March in the year of our lord 2008, the second year of the reign of his majesty King John I, and of the independence of Talossa the twentyninth,
To be enacted immediately (or however congress deems in the bill).
