Ahem... This vote is not legal I'm ( still) current Sénéchal of Cézembre. So S:reu Edwards you cannot call elections in États de Cézembre, I think. Each parliamentary assembly elects a Premier, who serves as Head of Government for the province, and administers the laws of the province. But It's OK now, the vote is started. I vote to myself

My dear da Bitour;
I am so very grateful for your presence. I would that you had been about earlier to lead the activity in this province. For instance, your comments on the Rules of Operation would have been greatly appreciated.
I must confess, I cannot at this point see within the Organic Law (which I propose is the only extant constitution affecting Cezembre, given the confused issue of our own Constitution) any suggestion that Premier should run the business of the province, beyond the provisions of that province's own constitution. Could you point to the relevant part? It simply says that, within the greater context of provincial admin, an executive shall be elected, but gives no specific directions as to his power.
So the Cunstaval would, in fact, be the ultimate authority, though I have not seen him about.

I am to take it, then, that all candidates and Assemblypersons are happy with the vote for the Premiership to end?
By that basis, I would be the winner. Zooks to me!

Sorry about my tardy reply, and vote for Edwards which seems to be moot.

Thankyou all, and thankyou to Ian for his service in this role.
Let's all look forward to a bright future - including, perhaps, a new visit to Cezembre itself!
Ian (da Bitour), add my gtalk if you have it: iamtheoneandonly.
