I am not quite certain that I follow the train of thought here. The right to privacy already exist it is written in the 6th Covenant. In addition, even Prospectives have the right to privacy as established in The Prospectives' Personal Privacy Act. What exactly are we trying to accomplish?
If this is about Ben's investigation into Chris' past, we should hasten the Cort for a ruling instead. If they rule in Chris' favour, case close. If they rule in Ben's favour then what went wrong, we'll know which law or OrgLaw part to amend. I think that rushing into making such law or PD without knowing how the Cort will rule on the Gruber v. Madison case is pointless.
